The Braille Circulating Library is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that does not charge for its services, incurs no debt, operates on a cash basis, receives no federal or state funding, and is sustained by concerned individuals, foundations, and churches. Financial contributions to the Library are tax-deductible. A financial statement is available upon request, from the Commonwealth of Virginia Department of Charitable and Regulatory Programs.
Please Note: Contributions given at the end of a quarter may not be received in time to be receipted as having been given in that quarter. Be advised that contributions given at the end of a year may be receipted as first quarter gifts in the new year.
